Welcome to SnapMac! By accessing or using our app, services, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

SnapMac is a nutrition and macro tracking tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

SnapMac provides AI-generated nutritional suggestions and tracking tools. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. Accounts & Access

You must be 13 or older to use SnapMac. You are responsible for your account security and activity. You agree not to share your login credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

SnapMac offers a subscription service for $9/month. By subscribing, you authorize Chimera Compound, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel anytime through your account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. User Content

You may upload or generate content (e.g., food photos). By doing so, you grant SnapMac a license to use this content for providing the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated systems to misuse the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Upload inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
